I’ve been here several times, and it’s good. The service is prompt, and the food is what you’d expect. It tastes a lot like Hardee’s (if you’ve ever been). It’s about the average price for a mid range fast food burger, maybe slightly higher, but who knows these days.

I ordered online to pick up in the restaurant. When I sat down with my toddler so we could eat, I realized they gave me the wrong burger. I ordered a California burger and they gave me the jalapeño burger. I was alone with my child so I did not want to bother getting up to ask them to provide me with the correct burger so I just ate it. It was not the burger I would have chosen.

I love Carl’s Jr. but this one has to be the absolute worst! Orders are ALWAYS incorrect I have paid for items I didn’t receive and when I call the answer is come back. Like I am home now I am not coming back out that’s an inconvenience! I went two nights ago and ordered a shake when the lady handed me my shake it looked extremely runny like it had been sitting around awhile and no whip I told her never mind and she said it comes with no whip and that’s how it “looks” she says “it’s milk and chocolate” so she proceeded to make ANOTHER ONE AND ROUND TWO WAS WORSE! I posted a photo! Literally it came partially full! And then tonight I decided to go back for my kids and we ordered 4 big hamburgers 2 with nothing but ketchup (simple) we’ll ALL came with just ketchup! I’m done I won’t be returning it’s a waste of my time and money!!!! Go somewhere else
