Visiting and arrived at our hotel. Hungry so we walked to a very open Carl’s Jr (see photo) only to come across locked doors and an employee saying no. I guess the only option was drive through but again we’re visiting and have no car. We didn’t want to risk our safety and walk through it. To be kinda fair it looked like there was only one employee. Bad first experience. Doubt we’ll be going there at all this trip.

Worst carls jr ever. I went thru the drive thru and order a double el diablo burger and they gave me a beyond meat burger. When I went in to tell them they gave me the beyond meat not the el diablo burger. The two managers started arguing with me and saying I said the beyond meat when I said el diablo burger. I’ve been here a few times every time I get rude people that work here. Carls give military and veterans a discount and this location does not like to give and says they don’t give it. I wish this location closed down and the one on Aliso creek rd and la Paz stayed open. I will never be back to this location ever

It took 16 minutes to go through the drive-through. The food was only lukewarm. It seemed like the food was made when I ordered it, then sat there for 16 minutes. There were only 2 cars in front of me. I ordered a combo meal. They asked if I wanted “medium or large”. Never gave me a choice of the size listed on the menu board. Only an option to upgrade and be charged for a bigger meal. I said to give me the size on the menu.

Really makes me angry when employees arbitrarily decide to alter hours of a business. I’m sure someone just wanted to go home early, but the early closing of the dine in hours meant that two packages I had delivered from Amazon couldn’t be picked up. I’m reporting this location to Amazon. You don’t deserve to have their lockers in your establishment if you’re going to pull this type of behavior. 9:45 pm on a Friday night. Dude just shaking his head saying he won’t let me in.

It’s hit or miss if they make my burger plain with extra ketchup…no cheese order correct. I even tell them meat, ketchup and bun only and often I must take it back in to get what I ordered… Whixh is SUPER frustrating to do 8 out 10 trips through their drive through.

I came here late around 11pm after taking my 8 month old to the emergency room.. I had a long day and was starving so I pulled over to Carls Jr at this location and the man working the drive thru was so freaking rude I will never be back!

I tried a burrito (new to the menus) not a good experience, even for a fast food restaurant. Burrito had to be eaten with forks and knifes only no forks. Overall not the best day, maybe for a number of reasons.
