The food was good, but every other time I come here they give me a soda w no syrup. The drink wasn’t mine so I didn’t taste it before leaving. Once home I had an upset teenager. It’s annoying because Carls one of the pricier fast food spots, and to not even get to enjoy a drink with the food is a major letdown. We ordered a 3 piece chicken tender combo w sprite & a chicken club sandwich. The staff was really nice, but I think you all should check it periodically to avoid this from constantly happening.

I just got the 5 piece chicken tender meal it’s $13.46 and here is what I got for this high price. Two of the pieces are way small and is just not right that they don’t even care to add another piece or put all the pieces the same size but adding another small size would do. I went to ask if I could buy another side piece and they said no only three pieces or 5 piece. So I guess $13.46 Carl’s is a nice estaurant that serves a chicken tender plate.

I like how they added a pickup option in La Palma location. Before we still have to go drive thru to order. 1 time they made a mistake in our order and they corrected it and gave us a cookie coz we had to go back for the missing item. I like how their burgers are really big. Their tenders are so juicy and good, and the price is reasonable.

there is a worker here by name of ‘erick’ who needs a crash course in customer service! no eye contact refused to give change for a 20 dollar bill and that was even after i had already paid for my food! food was quickly served and tasted what you’d expect it to be. i’m just driving by for a quick burger on my way to school but i’m not going to stop here anymore.

I haven’t had Carl’s Jr for sometime,and been in this location even longer, just came back from my experience . Counter woman was rude, forgot drink and didn’t smile. Environment was just really off putting, homeless eater in front of me and too many carts coming in. I couldn’t enjoy my over priced hamburger . Speaking of over priced, $14 for a combo? The bad thing with the burger though, the actual patty was fine, but I bite into a dry terrible chewy bun. I wanted something cheap ,and good, this was far from it. Come on now.

I ordered the original Angus burger and they made it with the wrong bun and no onions. I asked them about it and they said they ran out so they just made it with what they have. I told them they can’t do that they should have at least told me instead of taking my money for something that I didn’t get. The girl was very rude and said “what do you want your money back or something else”.
