Just ordered the 5-pc Breaded Chicken Strips, and it was the smallest order of strips I’ve ever received at any Carl’s. I think the Kid’s Chicken Stars would have been a larger meal. Also, it was more expensive than other Carl’s restaurants. I asked the manager, and she stated that was the normal size portion. I’m definitely not coming back to this location (2402 N. Errringer, Simi Valley) again. See the photo, it’s pretty sad.

My wife and I got lunch to go through the drive through. I don’t know how many times we told them That we didn’t want onions on either hamburger and onions came on both. While eating in the car, the tomato came out and messed up messed up the car. We wrapped it very carefully so as not to do that and it happened anyway. I don’t know how many times they asked us if we wanted to make our hamburger a meal, and we kept telling them we did not want french fries. I guess they’re just doing their job. But really, their job should be to hear what the client says to them.
