I work at the hospital nearby and came on my lunch. I paid $11.68 for a western bacon combo and the entire burger is cold. The cheese didn’t even melt. Very unhappy with my choice on how to spend my money and my lunch break. 2 stars because the cashier at drive thru was pleasant.

Terrible service all around. Cashier lady at the front was trying to finish my order before I even finished my sentence and kept trying to assume what I was going to say. In doing so got my order wrong and when I tried to take said incorrect items back to switch for the correct burgers I was met with a patronizing attitude as well as her trying to blame me for the inconvenience. “You should have told me before I finished the order”. I also heard the cook in the back speaking disrespectfully in Spanish about me taking the food back. As a person who works in fast food if it’s a problem for you to do your job then find a new one plz. …..never go to this location if u can go to the MING location food is bomb and the people are kind.
