I have been to this location several times and it is consistent. Consistently bad. You can barely hear or understand the cashier. they rarely get my order right, and there could be on car in line and i will have to wait 7-10 minutes to get a simple order.

I eat here every once in a while. And the one thing I truly want to praise this location for is how they make their lettuce wrapped burgers. When I get them at other locations they are messy and lacking on enough lettuce to hold properly. This location at Stine and White Lane does it right. I always enjoy it and they always look good.

I went thru drive thru with only 1 other car in front of me. Waited appx 3 mins to order then another 5 or 6 mins in line before I was given this. 1 dry pressed bun, 3 pieces of left over breakfast bacon, 1 thin slice cheese which was mostly melted off the top of the recently fried frozen piece of tyson chicken topped off with some sloppy sticky sweet sour sauce. This is how it was presented to me. Wish I would have kept the receipt for this $7.57 hot honey chicken sandwich [$6.99 is just the sandwich price + tax] sorry will not be back.

Went through the drive through as I was on my lunch hour. I ordered the Chicken Sandwich because the Picture look great. I got home and took it out and I cant believe they call it a Hand Breaded Chicken Sandwich. It was almost laughable. It was ridicules. The Beyond Famous with cheese was so tasty I went to another Carl’s and had another for dinner. I tried the beyond burgers when they first came out and they were just meh. Whatever they did to reformulate them definitely made a difference because this is my item of choice to order now. I even like it better than the impossible whopper.

Normally, this is a go to for a hearty, short on time meal. My two kids wanted burgers. I wanted nachos. We agreed on Carl’s. The boys enjoyed their food. Even though We were told to pull to the front, because they were making fresh meals. My “Super Nachos”, on the other hand, were an insult! It looked literally “slapped” together. No gooey cheese over the top. No beans. A virtual dab of sour cream…I finally found cheese under the top layer of chips. Burnt and hard shredded cheese. For anyone who has ever made microwave nachos, here ya go! An incredible waste if money. Now I know why they were placed in a bag underneath the other two meals I ordered. What a rip off!
