— ONE OF THE BEST — Carl’s Jr.’s I’ve visited! The service was exceptional, the place is clean, very child friendly, the food was great, and the whole experience was very pleasant and hassle-free!! A special shout out to Caleb who took our order and made sure we were good.. He went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted and our time there a pleasant experience as w had our grandson and extra work was needed.. GREAT PLACE!

The bathroom was smelly and not as clean as it should be for public use, when I went in to the bathroom one of the workers was using the urinal and when he finished he went to the sink combed his hair and went back to work. After that I was not hungry for the food I ordered , so I took the burger and gave it to a homeless guy laying next to the building!!

At 1500 on 17 sept 2022 the location at marigold center in san luis obispo closed early due to short staffing once again and the employee telling me this was rude and acted like it was notbmy business as ti why they closed when i was coming to get food on my break from work. This is not the first time this happened and has happened on a regular basis randomly closing early or not opening on time you cant staff the store then maybe need to close the location and not be a franchise store. Best part was employee trying justify this by sayinf well we are independently owned and operated so we dont have to follownsame rules which is not true . And corporate shoukd revoke the license from them and take store over

My visit here was nice enough for staying in a line of only 4 cars in front of me which took over 25 minutes to get my food at 10 PM or so. I was in no rush so it didn’t bother me. The food was delicious & the staff apologized for the wait.
