Their service has improved since they’ve opened. Been going here for more than two years now and if you see Alicia Shorty, because of her I took my rating to a five star from a two !!!! you’ll know it …she’s a sweetie my order was absolutely perfect and delicious!!! Today’s update. I understand why they don’t have reviews on their receipts anymore and if you want to check your order at the window, don’t let that lady tell you to move till you’re done. Tell her you’re waiting for shade.!! They screwed my order up again today but that’s OK. They can’t add so it worked out. Unfortunately I didn’t pay and I didn’t know it till we got back to the house but oh well.

Bunch of amatures working here with no baby sitter to correct them when they think its funny that they screw up your order!! In addition these people do not take their job seriously! Corp should send a private customer so they can correct this issue with these employee working now! Carl’s Jr should have courtious employees to take the job seriously they forget that we customers pay their salary! Without us they would have no job and not laugh at customers when they screw up your order!

Always a let down whether it be the food, service, or the fact that the soda machines are broken. The people of Boron often have no choice, but if you are just driving through I recommend waiting 30 minutes more and eating in Mojave or Barstow instead. If you must eat locally go to the Roadhouse Cafe at Kramer Junction their food and service never fails. Sometimes the craving (and more often the convenience) beats out my better sense and I try them again every few months but I am always disappointed.

People are ok at the counter lettuce wasn’t properly prepped, I think my bun was a week old because the outer portion was hard soda machine was out of ice and the mixture was way off. There seems to be no pride in work here as well as a lack luster of performance
