It’s Carl’s Jr. The problem is the prices at Carl’s Jr. have been climbing into the stratosphere greater than other locations that offer mid fast food. Carl’s is very mad but the prices want to be more exclusive. I don’t recommend ever bothering with this location unless you have some special or redemption through the app to help with the crazy prices lately.

So this particular location practices a bad habit of you will give them a coupon for a 499 sure superstar sandwich which is double patty with cheese and they will give you a famous star which is a one patty burger with cheese multiple times they have done this every time I give them a coupon for a better sandwich they give me back second level sandwich we why promote the sandwich with a coupon if you’re just going to give me something of lesser value

Worse experience ever. Twice in one week my drive thru orders were messed up in some way. Twice I was forced to use gas to drive back to get compensation for their employees mistakes. Just today I had to drive back for another order they messed up. The store manager Alex wanted to write my name down stating they had to keep track of their mistakes. Then he tells me to next time do his job and check for mistakes at the window when ordering my food even though it’s the staff’s job to get the customer’s orders correct. I shouldn’t have to personally taste 5 different drinks that aren’t for me just to make sure it has syrup. I shouldn’t have to dig my dirty hands into a bag full of food that isn’t all for me. Just because he can’t supervise his workers correctly to get every order right. I told him perhaps I should take my business elsewhere. His response was, “that might be a good idea.” So I will now when ordering food for myself and 5 others, will take my business elsewhere. I am not responsible for the mistakes of your workers. If Carl’s jr. has been around for 80 years and they have the “Best Employees” as Alex said, I would be worried to see this store under this management do worse than it has now for me. Thank you Alex for making me feel like the mistakes of your drive thru was my fault. Telling me to not let it be a third offense. I’ll be eating somewhere else from now on. Your customers are your money. Without us customers, you have no business.
