Decided to grab breakfast on our way to the bay, and I definitely regret my decision. The food was mediocre (did not come close to what was advertised). The cashier lady had such a bad attitude and lacked customer service so much that it felt unwelcoming. I thought I ordered a combo, and since she neglected to read back the order (before eagerly swiping the card), I tried to confirm that the combo came with a drink. She very bitterly told me that she only charged me for the burrito and not the combo. She did not apologize for any miscommunication, and made the entire experience just uncomfortable and disappointing. Not a great start to this rare family trip.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Food is always freshly prepared and delicious. The customer service of the employees has been above and beyond reproach we came in with a rather large group with individual to go orders and the cashier not only assisted with bagging our food but she took the time to mark each bag so we would not get our orders mixed up

It was fine. Pretty standard for Carl’s Jr. We were able to dine in, which was nice and they did have working bathrooms which was also nice. But the only reason for the 3 stars and not 4 was that the bathrooms smell atrocious! You can smell them as you walk in the building! There was also some weird gunk on the underside of the sink. I only know this cause my toddler touched it and got it on her hands. Nasty. Also, there is no changing table, which seems silly to me.

I know it’s a fast food chain, but the folks here really put work into good service and food. I stop here right before the Pacheco Pass when traveling to the bay. Good Burgers.
