The price of their meals is a tad higher than other restaurants but the little bit of price increase is worth the quality of the food. I don’t eat here too often because it is out of my way but whenever I am on that side of town it’s a go-to. Hardly ever a line. Employees are helpful and made a good recommendation to my wife, based on what she likes to order elsewhere, during her first visit. The quality of the food is 100% worth the value, customer service, and generally short to no line.

Ordered the loaded breakfast burrito; finally a Carl’s Jr that made a burrito the right way. All ingredients were even throughout and the tortilla folded as it should be. I gave 4 stars because we didn’t see a garbage can anywhere outside.

We went here today after visiting the zoo. The staff told us to park in front to wait for our food. As we were waiting one of the staff personally came out to tell us that we were overcharged. She came out with our refund and a smile. The whole experience was awesome. Great customer service means everything to us… and we got it here. Thank you!

There was a homeless man digging in the trash to get a water cup to get something to drink. I was impressed with the fact that they didn’t throw him out like most businesses would. But I was shocked when I bought the man a large drink and it was just a few cents under 5 bucks. Fountain sodas literally cost pennies. Talk about price gouging the customers.

Well, I order the Santa Fe chicken sandwich always. They just don’t taste as good as they used to. Now it could be that my taste buds have changed. Now I always ask for it to be fresh. That helps. It is still a good sandwich. I never order anything else
