I used to recommend this location but something has definitely gone wrong here. Service was fine but we bought about $25 of food and almost none of it was even edible. Fries were stone-cold and soggy, burgers were stale and hilariously overpriced, etc. We were starving (hadn’t eaten lunch yet) but we still ended up throwing half of our order in the trash. Now, I know from personal experience that these aren’t exactly dream jobs, but I never would have served garbage like this when I worked fast food. C’mon, people!

Decided to stop by and order a couple of the 2 for 5 deals, well, that was a monumental mistake. The burgers had hard buns and tiny worthless patties that seemed microwaved. Despite being only 2 cars in the drive through we still had to pull around and wait.

Saturday 4/22/2023, approximately 45 minutes ago. My wife decided to pick us up some Carl’s jr for lunch. The Caucasian female working the drive thru was highly disrespectful and rude to my wife, and explained everything when she got home. She attempted to order three of the 2 for 5 combos, and was improperly charged. She was charged extra for a jalapeño burger that was part of the combo but the lady said wasn’t. She also forgot one of the fries. My wife’s chicken sandwich had wilted lettuce and she wasn’t even given a receipt because she knew she messed up. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues at this particular location.

When to Carl’s Jr for lunch I and my son I ordered the 1 comb and the hamburger was cold it was dry I don’t think they cook the food cause the fries was cooked will I was satisfied with the my son also ordered a combo he said his hamburger did not taste good cold as well the food was cook to fast the cheese didn’t not melt on the burger I was disappointed

Easily the WORST!! Fast food I’ve had in years. I orderes a double char burger that had 1 patty with stail bread and old tasting ingredients. My sodie pop was 90% ice and has that weird taste fountain drink taste, and best of all it took over 30 minutes with their 2 employees fiddling with their bags doing jack all. 1/10 food -1/10 experience
