Stopped by here on my Lunch break and the customer service is very fast and diligent! My food was extremely fresh and Hot! The restrooms were very clean and stocked. The dining room was playing the perfect music and was spotless. The beverage bar was very clean and my soda tasted perfect!

Waited 8 minutes for some coke, jalapeño poppers, and two chicken sandwiches, and I got one chicken sandwich with two top buns, a cup full of ice, and no napkins. Poppers were fine though.

Waited close to 20 min in the drive through, just get greeted with some mediocre attitude. Received half of my order, which I had to go back in the store to get the other half. I while in the restaurant, the cashier was in the dining area making out with someone and ignoring customers. After having to wait another 20 min in the restaurant to get my girlfriends meal, i get a chance to eat, in which both meals where wrong. The chicken sandwich I order just pickles and chicken, nothing else.

Place is outdated. Rude customer service. Managers won’t come to front desk. Messed up my order, got rude with me, and refused to fix my order and or give my money back. Carls isn’t usually this hostile or run down. Never again.

Sat in drive-through lane behind 2 other cars for 10 minutes. No movement. Not a single customer served. The customer who entered the lane after me was the first to back out. I waited a couple more minutes, then backed out, too. After previous mixed results, this was the last time I went to this restaurant.
