The food quality was good. The cashier had a little bit of confusion with a mixup of the order, when dining in. I noticed multiple drive-thru customers pulled off into the parking lot to wait for their delayed orders. This was around 7P.M. 3/31/2023. It seem to be a slight commotion behind the counter with an employees. They didn’t seem to be organized.

Every Carl’s Jr restaurant I’ve been to no matter what city has always served great food they are truly consistent, and this particular Carl’s is one of them. My mom went in for a Milkshake and the manager was being rude and disrespectful to his employees. He was yelling and treating the employees badly and embarrassing them in front of the clients. My mom told the manager to please stop treating them like that and that there were customers in the building so that was not a way to treat the people that work there. The manager turned around and told my mom to shut up as she doesn’t work there and it’s none of her business. The employees also told my mother that the manager always treats them like garbage. Went through the drive thru yesterday afternoon and the employee that helped me was super friendly. He had me pull in to a parking lot because the fish sandwich that I ordered wasn’t ready. After a few minutes he brought it up to my car and the sandwich was so crispy and warm. Food was great and employees were super friendly, will definitely be back
