I live less than 5 minutes from this location. The fries were completely cold and gross. The burger probably sat under a heat lamp for god only knows how long. It doesn’t make a difference if you call and complain because they don’t care to begin with. Guess another one bites the dust. Disgusting food and service.

I don’t really eat at Carl’s Jr. My grandson however loves to go there so I take him. Their fries are delicious especially when they are hot. It’s always empty though. I’ll have to try a burger next time. I do love their fried zucchini. It’s always yummy. Not much of a rating as I really don’t eat there hence the 3 star’s and absolutely nothing to do with the quality of the food.

What a great and unusual experience. Well marked menu at the entrance of the drive-through. Incredibly understandable person taking the orders. Came here at 10:15pm since it shows that it closes at 1am on Google. This was also the closest Carl’s Jr to our house. We got here and ordered. Got to the window, the two workers kept complaining. Saying they’re closed or why are people coming here this late. Uhhhh change your hours online??? Change the “Open Late” sign outside???

The Santa Fe came on a normal hamburger bun (not wheat bun) and the chicken was old, cold and chewy like leather. it was obvious it was cooked yesterday. It was inedible and I had to through it out. The Famous Cheese had bbq sauce on it (mistake, mixing utensils, I don’t know) and the hamburger patty was burnt, cold, and old as well like the chicken. I ended up throwing that out. I couldn’t complaint o the store since I took this order home to eat. Complete waste of $17 from 4 bites of two sandwiches.

Very clean restaurant. Breakfast Burrito with steak and eggs are delicious and juicy. French fries salted just right, not soggy. Polite, courteous service. Fast service. I enjoyed it very much for Breakfast.

So disappointed. The fries tasted like old oil, I couldn’t eat them. The burger was okay, but not as good as I remember a Carls Jr. burger could be. But the old oil is something to make me not return.
