Ordered mobile order for pickup. The chosen items like ketchup, ranch weren’t included. The fountain drink on the meal was missing. The customize order replaces bun with lettuce wrap without any warning that it replaces the bun.. spent $35 dollars for getting patties. Totally disappointed and not worth it.

I decided to try Green Burrito for the 1st time ever. I got the grilled chicken burrito combo. It came with a side plate of rice, whole pinto beans and salsa with a handful of chips. The burrito itself was ok, but kinda bland and didn’t have much chicken. I think from now on I will stick to Carl’s Jr. burgers only and go to mexican places for burrito’s.

OUT OF SPICEY SHICKEN….was the sign on the drive through box… Not very professional! Employee taking orders was not pleasant…and totally left off an item from my order. Was so happy when Carl’s Jr got the Beyond burger. But this particular site doesn’t know how to cook it. My son ordered the regular Star burger. I got the Beyond. His was fine, mine was not fully cooked. The Monterey Carl’s Jr. does a beautiful job of cooking the Beyond burger. The burgers were slapped together in San Jose. No tomato and one limp piece of lettuce. Very disappointed!

I ordered a famous star. The food was not hot and waaaayyyy too much mustard. I ordered a chicken street taco for my dog…just chicken and the cook put lettuce on it.
