Every time we come to this location there is a young Latin girl who has a horrible attitude and the worst customer service! She truly should not be working at the window. We don’t come often, but the times we do we always have an issue with her. I don’t know what her problem(s) are, but they aren’t the customer’s so she needs to remember that. I would definitely recommend taking your business to Lathrop or March Lane. We ordered a kids meal and zucchini and they forgot half the kids meal. She didn’t even tell us a total, just snatched the card – all this was done with no words from her.

Placed an order online and they forgot about it basically. Waited up front like I was asked by the employee once I went through the drive thru, and waited for 20 mins in the heat. When I went back through the drive thru to ask about it, they sounded confused. Was given my food by someone else than the person I had originally spoken to, and they were nice enough but still, was so unorganized. By the time I left I was like 45

04/17/2023: First time at this location. I used the drive thru to order. The employee was kind and friendly, providing respectful and courteous service. I appreciated his positive attitude. I hadn’t had Carl’s in a while. The fries were a bit salty. The double cheeseburger was average. I thought the meat was a bit bland. The bun was bready and cold. The unsweetened ice tea was delicious… it tasted like tea and not watered down.

They are the worse. Got a big Carl on the way out of town. Went in because they forgot something and then notice my big Carl was missing a pattie. Went in to get missing item and new Big Carl. And they made it wrong a second time, missing a pattie. How does that happen??

We were greeted with a smile and they were all had a beat in doing things, as they had people going through the drive through, and only a few people coming in to order take out orders. We were the only two who stayed there to eat our hamburgers , as we just didn’t want to eat in the car.

This place has the hardest parking of all the places I go to. The staff is rude and bothered by you showing up. It took me 15 minutes to pick up, and the order called in 20 minutes ahead. Very sad place. I give this place a – 3 rating.

I am tired of your store making me park out front when I order through drive through. When I went inside to complain the guy inside told me “we park all the cars”, which I know is a lie. He then said “Beyond burgers take long to cook”. So really, he just does it to vegetarians. If I wanted to sit and wait for my food, I’d go inside instead of drive thru. The whole point is they get mine done while I wait. Not take a bunch of other orders while I’m waiting for my food. And when I told the lady I didn’t want to park out front she replied “Our clock is running, please park out front”, even though nobody was behind me in line at that point.
