I ordered a cinnamon roll I ate most of it then I saw a long brown hair in it ,I took it back a d thr general manager was very rude she said that I ate most of it I said yes then I saw the hair gross she would do anything to compensate me first she said I can give you a dollar or two and then she refused to do anything her name is merselia. Very rude I will tell everyone I know not to eat there ! And I have short hair it was hers she was cooking with no hair net and her hair was messy and all over the place so I’m sure there will be more customers eating her hair today ! Very disappointed

The big plus here was the staff. Friendly and attentive to customer needs. The girl that served us was very patient as it was our first time here or any other Carl’s Jr. location. Very clean establishment. I tend to think a restaurant can be judged on the cleanliness and maintenance of the establishment. If the soap dispenser in the men’s s room wasn’t broken and laying on the sink I would have given it 5 stars.
