Enjoyed some downtime with a great burger from this location that was charred to perfection. It had been awhile since my last stop here and the facility has been well maintained and is very clean and tidy inside and out. The spanish speaking staff provided excellent service both at the counter and throughout our visit. Parking’s a little tight on the Whitmore side due to the other businesses, but more parking on the other side.

The first thing I noticed was how clean the establishment was. I also noticed how Carl’s Jr. maintains that old-fashioned atmosphere by playing 50s and the nostalgic menus on the walls, paint, patterns, etc. The only issue was that their soda machine was down, and you had to ask the employee to unlock the bathrooms, which got a bit annoying for us and for the employee.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE BY IGNORANT UNQUALIFIED EMPLOYEES whom can not read simple directions on a clearly written note. They got our order wrong including the quantities and we did NOT want meat and they still put meat in the food even though we repeated it to them several times!!! The MANAGER (I think her name is Mari) has a huge foul mouth and was telling me off using obscenities and yelling at me (the customer). She is not at all qualified for that managerial position at all. The whole time she kept making excuses for her also incompetent employees and did not resolve anything nor did she try to. We will never go back and we will make sure to spread the word about the worst service ever!!!

I am not one to eat fast food, but we needed a fast dinner. I had to repeat my order a few times. It did come out correct. I only had a milkshake. My husband and son enjoyed the hand battered checked sandwiches. It served its purpose.

I walk in the all the employees were sitting down, I thought they were having a meeting, I dance to the counter, voice sitting behind me says are you ready, I said the app is downloading, before I asked to use the restroom the manager says someone in there (i.e the dance) wait a minute or two, employees in the background laughing and speaking in Spanish look to see the progress on my app ( still loading) so I order and then proceed to knock on the restroom door, No answer ! The employee working the drive thru and counter says you need to use the restroom I said why did the manager tell me it was in use, drive thru/ counter employee says no she told you, you have to be a customer, so we go back and forth about what was said to me.( in my mind I’m like wow) she hands me my order sarcastically says have a good day ! More laugher and Spanish. I felt humiliated and embarrassed. No person should feel or be treated that way …period.

Tried to use a father’s day coupon that was sent out today and valid for 6/20-6/24. The employee tried to tell me it was expired after making us sit in the drive-thru for a while. Then after getting home they gave us regular patties on the burgers not the thick burger we paid for. Very poor service.
