The location is truly exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The dining area was impressively clean and meticulously maintained. The friendly and accommodating staff, coupled with the spotless environment, elevated my dining experience and made me appreciate the fast food more than I normally would. I love the western bacon and onion rings. I was pleasantly surprised at the bacon breakfast burrito. I watched them scramble the eggs. I thought they would be frozen and then microwaved. It was all fresh.

I never put reviews but the service was absolutely horrible my food was not only cold but old and stale I called to see if they could possibly remake it and I was told no to call back tomorrow morning when the manager is in! you have got to be kidding me why would I want my dinner remade in the morning!went to another Carl’s jr bought my food AGAIN I’m so glad that I through my money down the drain dont we all love that i will NEVER go back to this one.

Obviously way under staffed. Online says they close at 10:00pm. But apparently if you get there at 9:45 and person in front of you makes a big order soon as 10pm hits they refuse to acknowledge you in the drive thru and ignore you at all costs. Apparently, this store has forgotten they’re under the fast food service umbrella I won’t be back to force my money on you guys.

I’ve always like to eat at Carl’s Jr.. The food is made fresh and they have plenty of innovative sandwiches. They’ve also done a great job of catering to certain diets. You can get their sandwiches lettuce wrapped in skip the bun. And they were one of the first to market with the beyond meat patty. I think they’re beyond sandwiches are the best in the market. I get a California classic and replace the burgers with the beyond patty, remove the cheese and add pickled red onion. It is one of my favorite burgers. The reason for four stars is that often they do not remove the cheese.

Burger was cold through and through. I went to the drive-through since I was in a hurry. The attendant was cordial and professional. No red flags. But, after stopping 1 minute later to eat my burger I found that apparently the two patties had been cooked long ago. They were dry. Perhaps the addition of the cold ingredients made the patties actually cold. But, I can tell you that the in the entire sandwich no warmth of any kind could be found.

Drive thru @ 4:50 pm. I was the only one in line and no cars on the parking lot. I ordered a western bacon cheeseburger with crispy bacon and an order of onion rings. The lady at the window was courteous; my food was ready for me as soon as I paid for my order. Parked my car in the Carls Jr parking lot and ate my food. Unfortunately the hamburger was barely warm and the bread was stale. The onion rings tasted like they were cooked way before I ordered them and were barely warm as well. The food was a total let down. A waste of $11.00. No drink was purchased.
