Awful, absolutely awful. I had the Charbroiled Chicken Club. It was smothered with what seemed like a half an inch of mayo on both sides. The chicken, if you could call it that, had a very chewy, slimy texture. It made me so nauseous I couldn’t finish it, even after using a dozen napkins to wipe the mayo off.

If I could give a zero for atmosphere I would. Staff was great. Air conditioner was out. It was unbearable. 3rd time I have been there in a month. All 3 times air was out. I would have eaten in side but it was cooler outside than inside. Temperature outside was 100 degrees. Customers can leave and find another place to take their business. I feel sorry for the employees.

As opposed to 4 weeks ago when the dining room was closed and the doors locked without explanation, the dining room was open. The young woman took my order efficiently and I got my order in a few minutes. As of 6/13/23 the restrooms are locked. This is an excellent policy to eliminate the freeloaders.

I received a gift card for this “facility”… I won’t use the term restaurant… So I went to pick a family dinner for four people. After having to repeat a rather simple order multiple times over, to the point my language was almost comically exaggerated, I thought we had finally got the order correct. Two meals, two individual burgers and one large fry should not take four or five minutes to order. (Whether the problem was due to poor equipment or the obvious language barrier, I can’t say)

Wow talk about hot and fresh fast food! Sometimes when you get fast food in certain chains, the food seems stale or old, or cold. That is NOT the case here. Not only did our food come out fast and hot, but the service was great and very friendly and patient! I highly recommend this location of Carl’s JR!
