Received my food via Door Dash today. While eating I seen something in a piece of my chicken. Turned out to be a bug. Either a gnat or a baby fly. The staff didn’t acknowledge the fact that I told them that and just brushed me off. Absolutely terrible. I would avoid at all costs.

Ordered a child’s meal and a double star – when got to the window the guy said you only ordered a double star but charged us $15.00. No kid meal – sounds like the clerk is ripping people off. Don’t go there unless you want to pay extra so that the minimum wage clerk can make more than minimum wage. No receipt either, how convenient!

The food is ok, I haven’t really had too many issues there. The problem is that someone or a few people there have been skimming cards. I was able to trace to the last time I went through the drive through and used my card there, that my information was stolen and then used to purchase massages and brow services in Texas. To the owner: please be aware of who you hire and I would go through your security videos to see who is doing this.

This location has really gone down hill. The employees look like they hate their job, are goofing off and not paying attention to even care about anything at all. Zero customer service. Oh and if you plan on getting a cinnamon roll, might want to head over to Raley’s to get more icing to make up for the lack they give you here. Maybe the poor food quality and terrible customer service is why no one is ever eating here.

I’d stopped going to Carl’s Jr. because the food didn’t taste good, but today I went to a different location hoping that maybe it would taste better. Well the fried items I got didn’t taste good, they put bacon on the hamburger when I specifically asked for no bacon, and when I called to explain this the manager said I could bring the order back and she could refund the money and I can go someplace else…that doesn’t show a desire to keep customers coming back…here I’ll refund your money and you can leave. The only reason I gave three stars was because the burger was alright and the milkshake was good. Carl’s Jr. used to be good for a fast food place, not anymore.

I just ordered combo number 8 .. omg its unbelievable they forgot to add buns .. seriously ? Just handed me beef patty lettuce and other stuff .. they really really need to replace their cashiers..
