I realize staffing at night is skimpy but the service here was totally unacceptable. After pulling up to the drive thru speaker I was asked to wait a minute. 10 minutes later I was still waiting. I spoke up thinking I had been forgotten only to be asked to wait a moment AGAIN. 3 cars had gotten their food while I was sitting at the speaker. I watched 3 cars back out of line due to the delay in ordering. I also left without ordering since my business didn’t seem to be wanted. I will not use this Carl’s Jr again.

This location has signs up saying drive thru is open 24 hours but every time I drive by it seems to be closed. When I drove by tonight the place was actually lit up so I pulled into the drive thru only to be told they weren’t serving. Not sure what is going on.

I’m not sure what is going on with the cook here, but I ordered a breakfast burrito without cheese and received one with cheese after I returned to get it fixed I checked and they still put cheese on the burrito. Although, only a little bit. I have a specific reason I don’t eat cheese since it gives me migraines.
