When you order the Angus Burger as a double, better check they added that 2nd patty while still at the drive through window. Twice in the past month they ‘forgot’ that extra burger on my order. First time I was already home when I discovered it. Today, I checked before I left the window. Not sure why I keep coming back, because the order accuracy here is less than 30%.

Hot, fresh, and overpriced. As everything is now. There are no selections that are safe for Muslims. Everything is cooked on the same grill as Bacon. And there is no consciences hope that people will respect or clean the grill before they make my chicken. It’s fast food. So it is what it is. At least they cook it fresh here.

I come in every once in a while during my lunch and there could be nobody in there. I’m on a 30 min lunch break it takes almost 20 mins for me to get my food they take their sweet time about attending customers they stand around talking instead of checking if the food is ready to go. And, if they still see sitting there take their time about getting it to you. It’s very frustrating and annoying.

The last time I went to this Carl’s Jr., they wanted the coupon’s code and refused to take the coupon, so I thought that was the procedure. Then when I went again, they wouldn’t take the coupon code (which I had taken a picture of), and wouldn’t let me get the discount without the paper coupon. What could’ve been 2 burgers for $8 turned into 2 burgers for $14+. I don’t care what the procedure is, just be consistent so I am not deceived.

I wish that I can give this restaurant zero stars but that’s not possible. I went to the drive-through around 9 o’clock I was coming back from an event and thought I’d really like a Carl’s Jr. burger. First person taking my order was very rude and I said at the window waiting for my order, I noticed a young man coming in behind the The cash register with a plunger in his hand. The young lady came to the window and told me that she was sorry for the wait but they were short staffed. As I was standing there I know this is heavyset dark-haired young men who just finished cleaning the toilets begin to wave the plunger around jokingly of him and the young lady were laughing and talking. I can only hear partly of the conversation about how bad the bathrooms were I was mortified I could not believe that he had come from a public restroom standing behind the registers where they were packing the food holding this plunger and acting as if he was flinching it at the girl it was disgusting and I sanitized the young lady noticed that I was watching them I honestly started filming them but my camera was fuzzy as soon as she noticed that I was filming then she walked over to the drive-through window to say oh he’s just joking around the plunger is not dirty!!! She went back to grab my food told the young man where he quickly removed himself from the situation when she came back to the window I said keep the food and give me back my money!!! That was disgusting unsanitary I don’t know if that plunger was clean or not I heard him talking about how bad the bathrooms were and he comes behind the register where the food is in jokingly act like he’s flinching it at you that is disgusting give me back my money and where is the manager. She gave me back my money and then told me that she was a manager needless to say I did not believe her I honestly wish I could post this picture because everyone would not go back to that disgusting Carl’s Jr. restaurant in Tualatin again it’s gross the staff were unprofessional and it’s seriously a health hazard don’t go!!!!!!
