I use to work here and I’m pretty upset with the way my interaction with the GM Irma went today 3/30 @ 430 pm. I walked in with my family and one of my daughters. my daughter is a toddler with Autism and so when we walked in she went to an empty booth and got on it and was sitting on her knees. she’s a tall girl and the GM didn’t even greet us she just asked if she was mine and said ‘oh so you just let her got on tables.’ I was about to respond until my mother told her she had special needs. She then rolled her eyes and asked us what we wanted and made unnecessary comments under her breath like I guess do what they want huh. This was completely uncalled for. We ate inside and my daughter sat down as she always does to eat her food. after this interaction I never saw her in the front of the store or in the kitchen until I was about to leave. honestly this left a super bad mark on me. I will not be coming to this location anymore due to this.

Order total was about ten bucks. Carls is expensive. One sandwich and crisscut fries. Fries were good. $6.99 sandwich was below mediocre, especially considering the price. What made this worse was the amount of sauce… the sandwich buns were a soggy mess falling apart in my hands when I picked it up. Had to toast some bread for emergency “bun” transplant. Would not recommend this location or Carls in general sadly.

My son and I showed up a couple of minutes after 8 pm on Wednesday, and the inside was shut down already. We just wanted to sit down and have some burgers after a good game. Next closest was BK. So we sat down there instead.
