I have been a regular customer and then today somehow they didn’t receive my order. Then made me talk to a manager to get a fricken burrito after three trips in and showing e-mail proof of my order on the phone. I doubt I will go back. Also tried to complain on the app. They wanted a blood sample and my first born child. Over it.
