No one wants to eat old, cold, fries and no one wants to pay for them either. Are you guys actually in the business of selling food that people want to eat and exchange money for? I thought that was the entire business model. Kind of hard to pull off when your food sucks. Might want to talk to your staff about a timer if they can’t judge when it’s time to throw away old, cold, dry product. I won’t spend my money here again, I will drive past it everyday on my way home from work and choose somewhere else to give my hard earned money to, as I’m sure many others who have had a bad experience here will too. That’s a lot of loss in revenue. Adds up.

The staff is friendly and great, but every single time that I go into the men’s room at this restaurant there is pee all over the seats and it smells like the inside of a porta potty. The bathrooms are not kept clean.

The last 6 months they must have gotten a new crew. The food used to be just thrown together and wrapped up. Whoever is in the kitchen making the food these days does a really amazing job. It’s always fresh and put together nicely. The drive through person and front counter people do such a good job. I’m glad that Carl’s Jr lebanon has had a turn around and came back much stronger than it has been in several years.

Usually Carl’s Jr is one of my favorite fast food joints. Their burgers are normally pretty amazing. This time it wasn’t that amazing. There was not much sauce on the burger. The burger itself was good. Just I expected more sauce. Kind of disappointing. The fries were crispy though. I did like the fries.
