Not good! I rarely leave bad reviews. I work nearby this store and have been going there since it opened. I have watched the quaility of food seriously decline. They still haven’t opened the dining room( post pandemic), and they have had the second drive through closed for two years? I went there today and ordered a bacon cheese burger in a lettuce wrap and this is what I got. Forgot the bacon and aparently there out of lettuce? I was told after I went back through the drive thru. (dinning room is closed). I really don’t blame the employees. I blame management and or owners/upper management. Give your people what they need to thrive! I really like Carl’s Jr and don’t really have super high expectations when getting fast food. I just hope they get there stuff together.

Staff was nice. Prices are very high for quality of food. Took my family of 8 here and for all of us to eat was over $100. My burger was dry and had one little piece of tomato and lettuce on it. Fries were cold. Shakes were good tho.

Drive thru lunch. 2 burgers and fries. Love the home style fries with skins. The burgers were cooked perfectly. The exact amount of condiments. Fresh bun and veggies. Nice treat and a bit cheaper when compared to competitors.

First time trying Carl’s burgers. Really good. Post pandemic prices are high now. Almost worthwhile to go to a sit down restaurant and get refillable fried and unlimited drinks for about same price.

Their hand-breaded chicken sandwich is the bomb. I love it. Atmosphere was, to be honest, a little shady. I was alone in the drive-thru line pretty late at night and there were some intimidating characters outside, hanging out on a bench right by me. I had my doors locked and my window up when I didn’t need it down, but I still felt a little paranoid given all the strange crime and car jacking going on all over the place. But I’m alive and my sandwich was awesome, so that’s good!

I usually have pretty good service here w/ decent food. I needed a hangover breakfast this morning and they let me down ..I got their sausage egg and cheese biscuit. No egg..no cheese. Just the sausage and biscuit, but charged full price.

Unlike other Carl’s Jr. The food was terrible, the bun on the chicken sandwich was stale. The chicken was dry. Very disappointed. This may be due to it being so new and the workers not being familiar with making the food. I might try it again in a few months.
