Went thru drive thru paid 16 and some change for combo meal. How does a fast food place not have any soda?? I realized after I asked for water that you charged me for a combo when you should have just charged for the burger and fries since you didn’t have any soda. Poor customer service here also to a long time to get the food.

Went through the drive thru and had to wait for 15 minutes in the drive thru line. While waiting the workers inside were just chatting with each other standing around. When I finally got my order she didn’t even apologize for the wait.when I looked at the food, the burger was extremely sloppy, (falling apart) and the fries tasted old! Not just cold, but old. Would not recommend this place at all

We went through the drive through and ordered and when we got to the window and got our food we only got half the order. When we brought up the other half they said well I didn’t ring you up this is what it says you ordered. We told them that was incorrect but we didn’t mind paying for what was missed. The lady kept repeating that she was not the one who took our order which was irrelevant. She then told us 3 times she was only gonna charge us for one of the things missing and she wasn’t the one who took our order. Finally we got the rest of our order but it was still wrong. It was missing toppings we never requested off on one of the items and the other one was way over cooked. Not sure what was going on here but the whole experience sucked.

I ordered 2 famous star combos. That’s a hamburger, not a cheeseburger unless they ask IF you want t cheese. Got 2 cheeseburgers and charged for the cheese. Worst Carl’s in South Sound. Tacoma is great.

The staff were friendly and the food was ready very quickly. The food is better than Burger King in my book. More and better toppings. They also have more sauce packets and options for those who want that. They serve Beyond as their vegetarian option.

I was disappointed. There medium drinks are the small where I am from. And there fries are the small . I don’t think this one is following what I have been loving for years. It was a waste!!! And their French fries were garbage by the way. Very disappointing location!!!

sad there isnt one of these closer by but even though I have not eaten and one of these fast food restaurants in a while I can still tell you that after roughly 10 months the food is still about a 2 of 5 I ordered the big Carl and I thing they over did the cheese and ruined the whole taste of the burger, the actual restaurant is about a 4 of 5 on cleanliness as there was no one but me and the whole staff was just sitting around but somehow the table was still somewhat dirty. Also seeing this is a fast food restaurant you would think it would take less than 7 minutes to receive food being the only people there but I guess not at this place. I would not recommend that any one drive out of there way to come here there are plenty of other fast food restaurant around and this one is a little below average in my books for a fast food restaurant.

The order was ready just in time for when I got there, the charbroiled burger hot, this fast food doesn’t even taste like fast food, it tastes like a place where you would have to spend 30$ for a burger, and so it is leagues above other burger places while still being affordable.
