If I could give negative stars I would. Waited for 5 minutes in an empty lobby to place an order. Then after 10 minutes of waiting, the manager tried to tell me I never paid for my order. Well, I had the receipt and showed her. Then another 8 minutes go by and still nothing. All the whole orders after mine are filled. I had enough and asked for a refund. The manager said I need a good reason to refund this. I said 30 minutes with no food is good enough as a reason.

Been real nice the last 2 times we visited. They now have a 2 for 5$ deal on select items which is reasonable for a quick lunch compared to other fast food joints. They also deliver and the driver was excellent and arrived earlier then expected as well as very polite. I was impressed with the service.

Usually like Carl’s Jr. This branch however is served me a cold burger that the cheese wasn’t even melted on that looked like it had been in the steamer all day so they put it in the fridge then pulled it out to give it to me. It did not look like a Carl’s Jr burger but instead one of those bargain premade patties you get a the store that are a quarter inch thick and shrink to one third their size when cooked. Maybe the owner hit rough times and that’s exactly what it was.

Fries were hot (yay) BUT…. Burger was cold (gross)… No warmth to it at all. We were already away from there and in a time crunch to return food. I just won’t eat there again. I know how to save my money… Plus fast food is so expensive, I don’t understand why it’s never hot. It’s just not Carl’s Jr. It’s at 97.9% of all the fast food places here in Spokane.

I simply will not agree with four-hundred and sixty-three will-you-use-me’s. And I should not need to rate human food service with only yesterday’s news – I gave this place two stars before. I am busting it with one star, regardless of any service business.

The burger was great, but the bun on my chicken sandwich was rock hard. I took it back for a new bun, but received one the same quality. Other than that, my husband enjoyed his $5 meal with burger and spicy chicken sandwich.
