I would not recommend this Carl’s junior if it’s the last place to eat, I would not eat there. That employees are liars. They tried to tell me that they hand bread. The Onion rings and they don’t have a Button on your cash register for substitute onion rings for French fries. The next day I called and spoke to management. She apologized for their stupidity, so it’s all good.

I ordered on the app, use the app and we’ll give you a free burger promo, I got to the store and they were closed at 6:30 it wasn’t even close to closing time. I hit the cancel order button and left. Two days later my bank was still charged for the food I never got. I went to the store and was told they can’t do anything about the app. I tried contact us and got a feedback form that said someone might contact me. I called the corporate number that says you can fill out the form but you can’t speak to anyone. I’ve been to the restaurant 3 times in the last week and nothing. They stole $33 from me and won’t make it right. I guess my only option is to mark them as fraud with my bank and never go there again. Thanks for stealing my money.

Took our sister for lunch. Emily was nice but forgot our sauces and cups. Had to ask her for them. When my sister went to ask a question, there was no one there. She called out loud at the checkstand and no employees came… none were anywhere in sight, the counter, drive through and the cooks missing for over 10 minutes… this is unacceptable and I won’t go back to that location again at N 6740 Division St Spokane, WA

This place is a joke. They charge an arm and leg for their meals to come to you cold and completely uncooked. Not to mention the management has horrible customer service skills and they are very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Their store is dirty and I wouldn’t be surprised if you get sick from the food they serve.

They offer the two for five burgers chicken sandwiches but yet when you get there you find out that the burgers are think the tiny or the chicken sandwiches are teensy tiny but when they advertise it they look like they’re the full-sized one I feel this is deceitful and I don’t like it when companies do this so I don’t think I’ll be eating at Carl’s jr. Anymore.
