Costs almost $50 for 4 meals. They charge you 4.99 a piece for these milkshakes that they can’t even feel all the way to the top. And they do not excuse their behavior in such matters. They feel they’re in their right. You want more of a milkshake you’ll have to pay more money, I think. I wouldn’t go there. I would buy pass it to some place that actually will give you your money’s worth. This place was too expensive and not good value for your money!

After 50 years of Hardee’s this is my first Carls Jr. WOW! The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The location was clean and comfortable. The Food was really good and served hot. We had Chicken Biscuits.

In this unfortunate time I’m struggling to land my new job in Washington. Until my first orientation Monday I had no place to stay and no real money. So I visited Hayford Walmart to stay cool and get some munchies on sale. While eating snacks on the curb a gentle man blessed me with a Carls Jr burger and fries. That was thoughtful, but if I was gonna eat it . It had to be warm. I headed across the parking lot to Carls Jr. A young man named Willy welcomed me promptly and I explained my cold food situation and he fixed it immediately. This is the best Carls and customer service and burger ever. Thank you Mr. Willy you have no idea how you put a smile on my face. Keep up the good work. Anyone visiting here say hi to Willy. P.S. the restaurant is clean, air-conditioning and the only Carls Jr I visited with the Carl’s Jr Star hand painted on the wall.

The young man who served us that night was amazing! How many times do you get exceptional service at a fast food restaurant? NEVER!!! It had been a very hard and emotional week for my family. We lost our pops, and we were taking my brother to the airport late to get back to his family, we were all exhausted and sad. But with such ease, the young man who served us gave us 3 some of the best service… as well as put a smile on all of our faces. Thank you I wish I would have asked him his name!!!

I went through the drive through after a late night shopping trip, and ordered a kids meal. The onion rings were fried so long there wasn’t any onion left. I waited in the drive thru for longer than 12 minutes. I was the only person in the drive thru. The chicken was really poor quality, and had lots of gristle. I ate one onion ring, and it was so hard I couldn’t chew it. The chicken caused me to gag. What little I did eat made me sick. I haven’t eaten at Carl’s Jr in more than 7 years. An exception was made, and the food made me sick.

The people were nice. The order took 15 minutes to get without a lot of traffic. The five piece, see picture, is not. The look of the oil is old. Had to go in and see where order was. Got two burgers for my dog, the simplest to make and had to wait for those. Even those are for my dog, the buns were stale. Dog didn’t care but if I wanted to eat it, nope!

Food good. Understaffed, took better part of 15 min for order. Tables not clean, both soda machines no ice, place really needs a good cleaning! Worst part was half dozen flies flying around.

Rude cashier, when I questioned why the price was different than on the board he turned and walked off. It took 24 minutes to get the food to me and I was informed the cashier charged me for the wrong thing. Price difference? He said they gave me the upgrade item cause it was easier than refunding me.
