My burger didn’t have enough lettuce and was soggy. They didn’t fill my soda up all the way, just a little of 3/4. New worker didn’t know about something said I’m new idk… and didn’t try figure out the answer. Workers were rude and inpatient and wasn’t even busy when I got there…

We stopped by at 5:30 on Friday June 16th! The two people working were so swamped but the food was good and hot and they were super friendly! They we’re working their tails off and so busy but still had smiles and a great product! Those two need to get acknowledgement for their hard work!

Terrible service. I’ve never seen so many people standing around and goofing off, messing with each other’s hair and uniforms after making people in line wait almost an hour to even pay for their food only to wait another 7-10 to actually get the food and then I get handed this ‘shake’ not even full. They asked multiple times if I wanted whipped cream even though I said at least 6 times when ordering I did not then twice more at the window. If I had said yes so doubt I would’ve even had half a shake because they’d just fill it up with whipped cream.

I really like their food . they seem to have a few problems there.i suspect leadership, they regularly have to have cars wait up further for their order, And recently the driveway to the drive-up has been just it’s just a s*** Big chunks a ice and sedan swallowing ice pits. the all over the place is a mess oh no they’re pretty good. There it just is obviously some management issues going on. But the food is usually on point. 8/10. Atmosphere, mgmt/leadership 4/10. Efficiency…. Won’t even go there.

To the guys getting disciplined by your boss right now, you didn’t mess up, he did. Our group ordered two orders of a western combo with onion rings. Your boss was coordinating you guys and failed the realize the meals in front of his face several times. From our perspective you did everything right and he kept telling you guys to make more food and get the orders out. For all you young people working under the old grumpy long grey haired man with no hair net, we feel for you. Best of luck in what looks like a toxic environment. As far as your customer service, way to go. We were greated with many smiles and laughter.

Pulled thru drive thru, ordered and paid with a $100, took them 10 min to determine they did not have change, then explained the manager was just leaving with all their large bills, why did you not stop her, or why did she not leave enough change in the store to service customers.
