If you’re looking for a delicious pizza that will satisfy your cravings, make sure to head to Carmella’s! This place is a must-try for pizza lovers. The Sicilian, upside-down, and grandpa slices are simply amazing. The crust is crispy and the toppings are fresh, creating a perfect harmony of flavors in every bite. But the pizza is not the only thing that’s great about Carmella’s! The restaurant side of the establishment is equally amazing. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure that your dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.

It’s been a few years, but it was a night out with a group for dinner and some entertainment with Sal Manzo. Music a bit loud, good atmosphere, food was good. Unfortunately, poor service, short of staff. It took a long time for someone to finally take our order, and then waited forever for our dinner. Group of 6, and only 4 dinners finally came out. Two other people in our party waited almost 20 more minutes for theirs… When it was time to leave, waiter was nowhere to be found. Waited at least another 20 minutes to get the check so we could leave. I don’t think we will be going back.

I finally heard it all! After 65 years, and many years in the pizza business, myself. I am a very good customer of Carmelas. I spend at least 100.oo a week there. Last night i ordered2 sausage rolls and a calzone. Did anyone ever hear of putting whipped cream in a calzone.? Now you have. It was terrible. I had to throw it directly in the garbage. My wife called and spoke to paul who i assume is either the manager or the owner. He stated that, that was there recipe mix. He did not seem to feel bad about our experience. He did not even try to compensate us for the experience. Just thought it should be stated.

there is no option for no stars so 1 is a gift. We have been coming here for years especially for the Grandpa pizza. Today my friend & I ordered a mesculun salad & the waiter didn’t know what it was so called over the “boss” who then read in the menu the ingredients???? & said ok I’ll make that?? We also ordered 2 mini Grandpa pies! When the salad came it was less than adequate & contained 4 grape tomatoes in total for 14.95. Then we get 2 slices of Grandpa pizza–not what we ordered- after waiting we got 2 “Grandpa” mini pies- the quotes are for the fact that we never saw or have eaten anything like this before. No provolone cheese & raw onions- never experienced that before either. They were horrible. The ladies room was a disgrace with a clogged up toilet filled with toilet paper. Then the bill comes & we are charged $19.95 for the salad!!!!! the menu says $14.95! & it certainly wasnt worth that much either! We paid $60- total & we’re way less than satisfied with the entire experience. Not one person there had any idea what was going on –& the bathroom situation was disgusting—- So long Carmela’s– never again!!!

They used to be, years ago, one of the best Italian restaurants in the area. I have tried them multiple times in the past year and the food quality has hit the all time low. Very high prices for the quality of food. Not friendly or helpful to the disabled. I know because I’m disabled. 4 people at the counter and they stand there and watch you struggle to carry the food and open the door to get out. Amazing! I will now drive the extra 1/2 mile to Umberto’s pizza.
