Carmelita’s is well organized. We got there around 5:30, there was a line waiting but, we didn’t wait long. The waitress came promptly and so did the food. The waitress should have checked back on refills for drinks but, overall a good experience.

The food here is simple, but good. Flavors are pretty mild but you can ask for some of their spicy salsa if you want to kick things up. The seating is nothing special but they do a good job keeping things clean. House margaritas pitcher has solid amount of alcohol, they didn’t skimp. We’ll be back.

Good food and Margaritas. Tastes very authentic. Love the Al Pastor and chonky dip app. Have never had a bad experience or meal here. The staff works very hard and food comes out quickly. They all are friendly and hard workers. If you are lucky enough to have G as your waitress it is your lucky day.

Legit food and service, parking lot was full. Everything we had was excellent but the Chicken Pastor Tacos with pineapple was unbelievable. Best tacos we have ever had. We will be back.

Well the Service was pretty good except we told them at the beginning we needed extra tortillas to go with the fajitas because we were sharing and a extra plate. Well we had the food for about 10 minutes before we even got our first set of tortillas and another plate. The then another 10 minutes to get our extra tortillas. Also said we wanted a side salad but the waitress argued and said we wanted the cream salad with lettuce and my son didn’t eat it because he wanted the side salad. I’m glad she knew what he wanted. The food was decent and the waitress needs to learn how to pour frozen margaritas from a pitcher into a glass as well.

I would love to give this place a better rating. I was working in the area for several weeks and this was the closest restaurant to the jobsite. I probably ordered carryout 5 times in this time period. I ordered the same thing everything. They forgot to put plastic silverware 4 of 5 times. I caught on after the 2nd time and just helped myself at the servers station. It’s a busy place. Especially on weekends. There were 2 times that I was told 20 and 30 minutes. I am typically late. I arrived 45 minutes only to find my order wasn’t ready after waiting another 30 minutes I left. When I was done working 2 hours later. I stopped in. There it was cold as ice. But I paid for it and was on my way. I always order my meal with extra sour cream. I have never had extra sour cream.
