The service was great. Waitress was super friendly. We ordered a pizza and waited in the dining room. She came in offered us a soda and asked us if we’d like to eat there as well. The pizza was excellent and the atmosphere was quiet, and very enjoyable. Would definitely visit again and recommend it to others. Prices were reasonable also.

We ordered a whole Italian sub, with cheese fries. I’ve never heard of putting American cheese on an Italian sub. It’s supposed to be Italian meats and italian cheese. It’s an Italian sub, not an American. I guess the persons new, and I don’t understand why some places just don’t care, that’s why not many people order from them. I’ve definitely had better cheese fries, too. The cheese wasn’t even enough. I had to add some ketchup. I’ve had their pizza in the past because someone had it at their baby shower, and I wasn’t really impressed at all. Too many other great places to enjoy, and next time I’ll think twice, even three times before I order from here.

Carmelo’s is one of the best places to get pizza in the area! Delicious sauce, plenty of cheese and cooked to perfection! Cumberland Baseball and Soccer always choose Carmelo’s when it comes to pizza! The students at Cumberland love Carmelo’s when we sell it for a fundraiser as well!!

This place used to be decent before covid. I actually used to like them. I decided to give them another chance. Order was placed on 4/22/23 around 4PM. Ordered a Hawaiian Pizza and a Chicken Parmigiana Sandwich. I requested the pizza “Well Done” but it was not. The pizza is as thin as a piece of paper, floppy. I had to finish the pizza off in my oven at home. The Chicken Parmigiana Sandwich wasn’t great. It was smothered in cheese to cover the fact that the chicken was cooked earlier in the day and re-fried for the order. I expect more for the $40 I spent on these two items.

Have been ordering food from here for years now. Everything is always delicious and when I have encountered issues I called over and sorted it out. This family owned restaurant cares about their customers and service. Everything can’t be perfect all the time but they definitely do their best and always makes fire food!
