We arrived late, near closing so we kept our order fast and easy. We split a burger and fries. It was well made and tasty. Pretty yummy actually! Found this place to be very unique and our waitress was very friendly and hospitable. She didn’t rush us, nor did she make us feel bad about splitting our burger. She brought us an extra plate and a smile! Way to go! Fries were fresh hand cut fries, cooked to perfection! Can’t wait to try out the rest of the menu on our next trips in the area! The food on the plates at the table next to us looked AMAZING! Huge portions! Definitely try out Carmen’s! Reserve is a wonderful place to stop!

Was a really delicious and filling breakfast. Service was amazing and everyone was really friendly. Heads up, if you can’t handle heat, get the green sauce on the side. I LOVED it but might not be for everyone. We were originally going to skip over Reserve, but I’m really glad we didn’t!

The food was good. Our waitress was sweet. The manager with blond spiky hair was the rudest we’ve seen in awhile. She does not give this family owned restaurant a good name. When asked about the DeLaO family she fluttered her eyes and grouchily said I Dont Know! She was also very unfriendly to her staff.

2nd day after covid restrictions are lifted. We are both vaccinated but high risk, so we still wear masks in public. We were the only ones in the restaurant wearing masks, and we got horrible service. Sat for 5 minutes before we even got menus. Had to ask 3 times to get chips & salsa (comes with all Mexican meals). Sopapillas came out before we even got chips, and my plate was delivered with the chips while my husband’s took another 10 minutes. No one ever voluntarily checked on us until I made a loud comment about not being able to get any service. 5 minutes later, the girl in a spaghetti strap crop top (is that up to code???) finally asked what we needed. I asked for boxes and the bill. She gave us one box and said pay at the front. I asked where that was and she ignored me.

On a morning that didn’t seem too busy, I sat and waited for 45 minutes for a waitress to even take my order (and this in a place that is not very large)! My only explanation is that I was a single white female, and not a regular Hispanic customer… I felt as if I was in a very racist place. After my order was finally taken, I was served a very mediocre meal consisting of cold eggs and hashbrowns. I will never return to this racist restaurant again. In fact I may even report them to the ACLU.

Went in on a busy Thursday evening. Both the woman on the grill and the waitress were on top of things, working their butts off. There was another male employee that didn’t seem to be doing much of anything, and had to be asked to help with small tasks as they were slammed with orders. The food was tasty and fresh, and the service friendly and attentive.

2 star is being generous. I had a cheese burger and fries (Mexican menu is super over priced) fries, way WAY under cooked, buns where ice cold. Atmosphere was musky, staff seemed out of touch, period. I am going to give it another try, but in my personal opinion, keep on trucking.
