Carmine Lonardo’s is SOOOO good. This little Italian deli had a long line the entire time I was there and they were moving people through quickly.

My Italian family has come to this amazing place for decades. Not only is all of their food authentic, but you can also tell the work, dedication, and love they put into their products. This place will be a favorite of mine for generations to come. Their Italian sausages are a true nostalgic taste of home, and never will you find a place in Colorado more true to Italy than this place ❤️ Magnifico ❤️

This is by far one of the best places I eat on the regular in Lakewood. Every sandwich I have ever ordered is perfect, and all of their frozen & pay by the pound meats are wonderful for cooking at home. I cannot recommend this place enough, and if you can leave without getting dessert you have more willpower than I do.

It’s hard to find good spicy Italian ‘Sausiche’ or sausage in Colorado, but Carmines is the place to get it. I always buy at least 2 full rings when I go. Lots of Italian products, fresh bread and desserts. Highly recommend, great selection and friendly staff.

We’ve heard such amazing things about this deli we had to stop and check it out while in Denver. The deli meats and assorted items we bought were simply outstanding and authentic. Moreover, the great energy and friendliness of the staff, and family who owns it was so welcoming. We had mentioned we were on our honeymoon, and they kindly gifted us a few delicious pastries to enjoy. This will be a must visit each time we return to Denver!

I wanted so much to love this place. Being a Chicago transplant, any food place with the name Carmine in it calls to me. I made a special trip across town to check it out. When I walked in, I was the only one there. Got an Italian Sausage sandwich to eat inside before I shopped, as was my intention. So…… the sandwich was barely lukewarm when I sat down to eat it. By the time I took the last bite of the first half, the sauce was cold to my lips. I also felt like I was eating day or 2 old bread. Soft with no crunch. Wrapped up the rest to take home, and people were filing in. I was looking around, struggling to get between people. I saw that some of the “fresh” meats in the cooler were starting to turn. Next thing I knew there were some 15 people in line, and I didn’t feel it was fair to cut, so I put back what I had grabbed and bailed. Not their fault, but I probably won’t make the trip again.

This is an outstanding Italian deli. House made sausages are superb. The hot Italians are very spicy. Sandwiches are incredible. They get their fresh baked bread around 10 so don’t go too early.

Best Italian sub hands down. We had the Dominic old school sandwich Let me tell you they piled on the meat, cheese lettuce tomato and don’t forget to add hot peppers plus oil and vinegar. Worth the price of the sandwich. The 12 inch is enough to split, you won’t go away hungry

Don’t walk, run to this amazing, authentic Italian deli. Businesses like this are hard to come by anymore. I’ve gone to Carmines multiple times in one week because everything is THAT good. The subs are super fresh with awesome with abundant meats and toppings. There are delicious already made sweets (cakes, cannolis, cookies) and some frozen options as well. They have a full deli counter for take home meats and cheeses and things like marinated chicken, steaks, ground beef, etc. I love going here, seeing all the family members that run it and getting some amazing eats. I’m a lifer now!
