We try to stop every time we cross the bridge because they have the best pizza in the area. Great creative selections like BBQ Chicken, Chicken Alfredo, and so many more. The staff is always very friendly as well. The $6.49 lunch special with a huge slice of pizza, Cesar salad and a drink is a great value too!

I’ve previously been disappointed by the Spaghetti alla Puttanesca. Way too many olives and capers overpowered the sauce. This time I was disappointed in my Caesar Salad. It was swimming in dressing and there seemed to be more croutons than lettuce. Admittedly the slice of pizza with mushrooms was good.

Just moved to this side of the Bay Bridge and we stumbled across this wonderful Italian restaurant. The food, service and atmosphere were excellent. This place had an awesome Italian vibe to it. I had lasagna and a house salad. The portions were large enough that I had plenty left over to take home for dinner for the following night and I can confirm the pasta tasted even better the next night.

Popped into Carmines for a quick light lunch today. Walked up to the front and observed the pizza’s in the glass case and ordered my slice. I received a number and found a table and received my food shortly afterwards.The food was great and the service was awesome. Staff was awesome and attentive.
