Size matters… And although the food may be tasty, it is not pleasant when you pay a high priced burrito (regular burrito $9.50) and you get a burrito almost the size of a regular taco. That’s what I call a “RIP OFF.” It is such ashamed how this place puts food in 1/4 of the tortilla and the restof it is just tortilla. We should be more conscious about what we sell and what we buy. A lot of restaurants claimed that they raised their prices because meat market went up. . That’s a lie, and if that was not enough, many of those places raised their prices and reduced the portions. The carnitas were good, but the beans had a sour like taste.

Their tortas are crisp, crunchy, and fresh. Their salsa roja is on point and makes you sweat. And no matter how busy they are, they always greet you with a smile and an immaculate, shiny, clean kitchen!!!! Plus, they have the best carnitas in the valley!!!!!!!!!

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, decent prices & OK taste. It wasn’t bad but I’ve had better. There aren’t a lot of menu items which is a good thing- I’d rather have a restaurant concentrate on a few things than make a lot of bad/mediocre things. Will come back to judge on consistency.

Called el bajio to place a order of chicharrones, they said how long would it take for me to get there, I said 25 min since I live in Gustine, they said fine I gave them my name and they said ok, drive down to Patterson to pick up my chicharrones and to my surprise they don’t have anymore, and my order isn’t there, I told them that I drove from Gustine to Patterson because they said they were going to hold my order, now there’s no more chicharrones, don’t get me wrong they have great food, but service wise I would give them no stars, they are so unorganized when your waiting in line and watching them call people over for there orders, they dont get orders right, I would recommend this place but don’t do orders over the phone it might not be there when you get there

This place is amazing! Homemade except even better. I got 4 tacos, rice and beans. Best I’ve ever had. And the salsas were the perfect balance of heat and flavor. Great service also. The two girls working were sweet as could be. Definitely recommend

Came in and ordered chicken quesadilla and rice and beans about 5:30pm. She checked with the cook that they had the meat available, I pressume because they were about to close. The meat in the quesadilla was greasy and overcooked like it was the left over from the day on the grill. There was much less cheese than expected. The beans and rice lacked flavor and were very overpriced at $6 per 16 oz container. The clerk was polite, however the food was below standard.
