The service was AMAZING. You know how you can get horrible service, and then most of the time service is pretty good, but not fantastic? Well the service I got here was so amazing I felt happy about it for like an hour after. I was so impressed with the time and attention I got. My questions were answered, my order was placed and they didn’t have to, but I got a sample of something I’d never had before. The food was great too, I was just really impressed with how I was treated.

Soooooo gooood! I got the asada taco gringa style. So much good, tender meat and tons of cheese. This was a meal in and of itself. I also got a street taco al pastor. Great meat! Great flavors! Cheaper than other popular taco spots. We left feeling like we got a good deal, too!

Okay. This place, is amazing. I wasn’t always a fan of Mexican food but this place changed me. I have gone here for 13 weeks in a row now, and it has been so good. Every. Single. Time. If you want genuine tacos, come here. If you want a quesadilla, come here. It’s so good. And they don’t cheap out either. They load you up on meat, and after you get your food you have a selection of sauces and toppings to put on your food. I’ve been able to get a few more of my missionary buddies to come here and eat this food. The staff are so kind and you never have to wait long for your order. The cashier is always so sweet, even when I butcher my Spanish. (Which is still a work in progress) I have told multiple people in my area that I cover to come here and eat this food. When I have a hard week, I always look forward to Taco Tuesday. And the music they play here is the best, even though I don’t understand any of it. I will go here every week until I’m transfered out of this area. I love Carnitas El 7 Machos, and you will too.

Excellent cueritos/pork rind melt in your mouth street tacos. Pickled red onions & salsas were so good. I like that they had some non spicy salsa. The owners son was awesome! He let us sample the meat before we ordered. He helped me order combos to get the best value for my money.

It was so amazing food! The service was awesome and quick and the atmosphere feels like its genuinely okay to eat the food you are ordering! I got 4 street tacos but ate two of them before even thinking to take a picture. The cashier, Camille, was very personable and helped me know what was best. We went on Taco Tuesday which I recommend, its not crazy expensive and you get a lot of food! I seriously recommend…good place to read.

Today’s lunch is brought to you from a great red food truck call Carnitas El 7 Machos. They are tucked behind Walgreens and a bicycle shop on State Street in Orem. They do not skimp on the meat. I’m starting to notice a lot of places are starting to do this and I’m not complaining. They specialize in pork meat. So I decided to try what most people don’t try and I got the buche(pig stomach). The first two pictures are just 1 taco each. Yeah it is grande! They were not kidding. Of course you need to top these off with some pink pickled onions, fresh onions, lime, and some green or red spicy sauce. So much flavor and great portions. The last one is the asada quesadilla. So tender and juicy and so delicous. I’ll have to come back and try different cuts of pork for their tacos. Remember to support your local businesses.

As authentic as you can get! Not normally a fan of spicy. And their food isn’t inherently spicy, but their meat was delicious and the red sauce you can add to it was spicy AND yummy. Good price for a street taco. Coming here again for sure
