These are the BEST carnitas I’ve ever had here in Tucson!!! My husband and myself visit this restaurant at least once a month. We constantly recommend this place to anyone that will listen because it is an amazing cozy little restaurant with a great environment, clean, nice people, the food has amazing flavors, and the homemade tortillas they make when you order are some of the best I’ve ever had. We love this place and highly recommend the carnitas here they are truly authentic carnitas Michoacánas!!!

Very disappointed. Ordered The Birria plate and just got this. When I asked for a substitution or refund, they all acted like they didn’t understand me. If I could give zero stars, I would. Would not recommend.

Favorite Birria in town, and I’ve tried a lot. Hole in the wall, Just the basics (Birria or carnitas, tacos or in broth), but with home made corn tortillas and good salsas. The only place I’ll actually drink the broth. Salsa has a hint of clove. Hidden gem if you want birria.

Inexpensive and delicious fare. They offer a military discount, but do charge a small fee for credit cards if you don’t pay in cash. I ordered three birria tacos to go, and they provided several containers of toppings, some sliced limes, and a cup of broth to go with it.

First off the customer services is great and that’s always a plus for me and the prices are reasonable. I tried their food yesterday and it was fantastic , it’s the closest thing to what I get when I go to Mexico. Even afterwards when i drank the caldo and it had me feeling satisfied for hours. Soooo delicious you MUST TRY.. Definitely sending my husband over this morning for some more birria ❤️

We got the birria plate and half pound of carnitas. The salsas that were packed were great. The birria was tender and super flavorful. The carnitas were also well seasoned. This is a great place for great food!
