There is no buffet. I used to live here and we loved this place. Super bummed no buffet. Corona took is down. Super nice staff and still great food but really missed the banana pudding and everything else. Super glad you are still here tho

We were the only people in there. Should have taken the hint and walked out. Took a long time to get food… Really wasn’t good.. our waiter sat an talked on his phone while our food was sitting in the window. Finally someone who was nice brought us our food.. I will never go back.

I’m not going to lie I was concern whether the place was going to close .As I waiting in the parking space. I know that a lot of places because they are need of wait staff…etc. Ive empathy for both parties, since the pandemic people have learned of other options. But the service was awesome. The food was fresh and tasty. The place is always clean. …I hope they can maintain, and others will patronize them.

A friend and I went yesterday- I was disappointed the buffet was gone. HOWEVER, the food was still great- service was even better. I’ll always have a soft spot for southern restaurants- this is one of them. I mentioned to the cashier about the buffet and she replied saying “with the cost of food the way it is, and sometimes what we try to order we can’t get in. It was hard to keep the buffet open. And although it was all you can eat people seemed to take that for granted, throwing away tons of food.” This broke me heart. Restaurants are struggling, food prices are through the roof- and that’s of the food they can get. Be kind to your server, be kind to the cashier, manager and back of the house staff. They are still people. And to the reviews complaining about the price of a plate, have you been grocery shopping lately? $13 for a chicken plate is not bad at all. It’s tasty, convenient for not having to cook it yourself and worth it!
