The wife and I were in the area looking for a new place to eat stumbled upon Caroline’s I am so grateful we did from the minute you walked through the door, the smells, Smiles, service, food, people are wonderful we got there just before the rush and the rush was out the door seating area is very limited the food is amazing. If you get the baked potato I hope you’re hungry….. we will be back… bring CASH they do not take plastic

Sliced beef and ribs were excellent. The links are packed into too thick a casing hard to cut, hard to chew. But the grind was very good. Caroline and company were excellent hosts and really seemed to enjoy getting their product out to patrons. Seating is limited and Spartan. Most of the orders I saw were pickup. Nice people, good food. Enjoy them!
