Carollo’s has that old time Pizzaria feel, but in an upscale atmosphere. We popped in to grab lunch, tried a Cheesesteak, pizza and fries. The fries were perfectly cooked, crispy, not burnt, the pizza had a great sauce to it, just do yourself a favor and get it a little well done, and the Cheesesteak was about par for what you normally see. Good meat, on an amorso type roll, but all in all, my wife and I enjoyed it.

We have been eating here for a long time. Recently, every time we get delivery something is wrong, missing, or cold. They are notorious for putting food on top of your pizza and smushing the cheese to the top of the box. I usually just let it slide. Today I paid 35$ for two salads. When they came there was no dressing. I called back and the solution was waiting for the delivery driver to finish his two deliveries then go back get my dressings and wait. The chicken on my salad was already cold when it arrived, now I have to wait another 40 minutes for my dressing. I told them no thank you and the second option was crediting my account for two dressings…THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR! Thanks for the 4$.

Been here a couple times. It’s okay…. Don’t think I’ll be returning. Ordered a white pan pizza with light cheese. IMO a white pizza should have some or all of the following ingredients: olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt/ pepper. From the looks and taste this was just cheese and dough. It was also really thick. I know pan pizzas are supposed to be thicker, but this was too thick even for a pan pizza.

I’ve ordered from here before in the past atleast 10x and never received a bad item. Today was one for the books for sure ….I ordered just a plain pie for delivery and received a pizza that had cheese and sauce all slid over and just simply messed up (it was even cut in all different sizes). I called, I gave the 1st messed up pizza back and they gave me this 2nd “pizza” in the pic to me….this was the SECOND!!! messed up one for the same order. After receiving TWO boxes with dough, sauce & cheese slop, they wouldnt refund it and insisted on a credit for yet another (third) pie for the future that I have no interest in ever getting at this point. This was a mistake that was attempted to be fixed by even a worse mistake. Literally seemed like a joke. How embarassing. Opened the box to exactly as pictured. Do better carollos. The squirrels in the trash might enjoy it though

If the costumer service wasn’t so great I would have gave this one star. The older man helping the cook making pizza was unsanitary, although he wiped his station down he did not wash his hands and started preparing pizza dough then wiped his hands on his pants then continued to work.
