Charro beans were excellent. Medium steak was tender, juicy and well seasoned with a perfect grilled flavor. The chicken breast was tender and moist, fork tender at that. The sopapillas were perfect and crispy. The cheese enchilada was tasty and cheesy. The salsa was flavourful and with a touch of bite. I thoroughly enjoyed this food. Nice enviroment inside.

Yesterday evening my family and I went to celebrate my mother’s 63rd birthday. If I could rate this experience, it would be 0 stars!!! And let me say when it came to paying the tab, I noticed I was being charged an adult plate for a child who is 7 years old. How offensive is that! The male cashier goes on to say that he is not the owner nor was he the waiter but only charges. He had the worst customer service skills and was terribly rude. And then he goes on to tell me that he will be charging me for to go boxes which were not included in the tab and that this is a new policy. His response is “NIMODO!” I ask to speak to a manager and he says the manager left. He then replies, “NIMODO!” I tell him I am going to write a review online and he says, “Do It!” My jaw dropped to the floor. I feel so embarrassed for him. He definitely needs to customer service training! So here I am writing about this unacceptable experience. I am sorry but that nimodo attitude needs to change and treat customers right. Customers make pay day possible!!!

Food was not too good, being a border town you would think the food was more authentic, atmosphere was boring and the service was not good, during the time we were there the waitress asked us once if we needed anything other than that we had to call her and it wasn’t even busy, I will not visit again.

We ALWAYS have lunch at Caro’s when we are in RGC! This time I had the Chicken Fajita Salad! It is fantastic!! It was light not greasy and very flavorful! Try it! You will like it!
