My coffee was robust and arrived quickly and hot. I enjoyed 2 eggs, cooked a perfect over medium, corned beef hash (which the waitress informed me was canned, maybe Hormel – which is what most diners in this area have), hash browns, smoky bacon and rye toast.

I love Carousel Grille, it is a perfect addition to Fitzwilliam where the community can once again come together to enjoy awesome food. Carole and her team are very friendly and helpful. If there is ever a wait it is definitely worth the wait.
