Was a reasonable choice for airport fare. Was only moderately crowded so was able to get a table quickly. The food wasn’t spectacular but did enjoy the chicken marsala.

I’m not even sure why the owner keeps this place open or why the Carrabbas Franchise let’s them continue to ruin their name. Personally, I love Carrabbas. I eat at this franchise as I travel because the food is good and the service is consistently pleasant. That, however, is not the case here at the Dulles airport in terminal B. They advertise gluten-free on the menu, but luckily, I asked, and the cook said all they have is plain chicken with pepper, which isn’t even on the menu. Somebody needs to have a word with the owner, Antonio Tremino. Clearly, I am not the only person to have a bad experience here. With as poor a rating as this place has, they should be placed on notice by the franchisor. Hopefully you’ve read this review and can avoid a bad experience here. Airports are stressful enough without adding bad, or worse, tainted food on top of any layover.

Overall this Carrabba’s location is a big disappointment. The hostess was unpleasant. She acted like it was a burden to greet and seat us. Our server, although polite and friendly, could not get our orders correctly. She repeatedly came back to our table to ask for our order. The kitchen had so many substitutions, because items were not available. As I’m writing this other patrons were leaving because the wait time was over an hour and one even mentioned that their flight was being called. His server couldn’t comprehend that he wanted to pay his bill so he could leave. It’s very unfortunate. Something has to change.

Abysmal service, had to ask for water three times, rarely saw our server, manager was standing around micromanaging his limited staff when he could have been running orders/waters to keep them above water. Prepare to pay a premium price for dishes so bland and depressing that you’ll wish you were eating something precooked out of the microwave. Honestly impressed at the gal of them to include a tip line on the check.

Not the best experience. It’s not the food! It’s the service. This place is under staffed and the ones that are working have no clue, or just overwhelmed!!! There are other options in this terminal for dining and you should consider it.

I have never been a fan of Carrabbas but I decided to eat there today in Dulles airport due to the lack other options. The food wasn’t very good and the service wasn’t much better. I ordered the chicken parm. It was dry and didn’t come with any pasta. It did, however come with french fries that were alright but served room temperature.
