We are so glad we stopped here for some BBQ. Food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. We had some Brunswick Stew – YUM, chicken wings, collard greens, fried okra and fried mushrooms. ALL VERY GOOD!!

My wife and I enjoyed a trek to Blue Ridge GA today. We dined in at Carroll’s BBQ, and had the Pork BBQ lunch special @ 9.50 —-This included the pork bbq sandwich, tots/fries, and a coke. The cashier was very friendly, and helpful. She suggested the Brisket, as we had not been—- but wasn’t on the lunch special ….Probably should have. The Pork was just fair… Smokey, a bit dry, and the bun was just mehhh—Their mustard sauce was very good, as was the sweet and spicy sauce. Coke machine was down initially, but was replaced quickly upon suggestion…All in all was fair….a 6.5 out of 10. People working there are the draw for Carroll’s.

Family owned and run BBQ spot. One of the best I have been to. Owner uses real wood smokers instead of the electric setup. Homemade deserts and amazing sides. I recommend the ribs, wings, or when they have it – the prime rib!

We really love this place. They do a steak (16oz ribeye) special on Friday and prime rib on Saturday. They also have great bbq, but one of their hidden gems are the smoked chicken wings. Big meaty wings, smoked mahogany brown. My wife and I made the mistake of splitting 30 – we ended up having to to take about half home with us because they are so big… And I eat a lot. We have had a great experience with the wait staff – always friendly and on top of it even when the place is busy. My one request would be to serve beer, but I understand they are a family restaurant. I would highly recommend Carroll’s. I’ll bet your experience will be every bit as good as mine.

This is the best barbecue I’ve have in years. We got carry-out dinner for 8 people with brisket, pork and chicken. Everything was wonderful. The sides were homemade and delicious. The whole family enjoyed it.

Tried Carroll’s for the first time last night. Fed about 13 people. Ordered a lot of items on the menu. Vrisket, ribs, wings,, and pulled pork were super!! Sides were all delightful. Potatoe salad, slaw, Mac and cheese, fried pickles, beans were all delicious. And their sauce is really tasty. Will definitely be back. Really awesome place!!

It was good. I had pulled pork and chicken, fries. I wish my bun was toasted. I only ate the bottom piece bread was really thick. The Brunswick stew meaty, baked beans meaty both pipping hot and fresh! Banana pudding was yummy with old fashion meringue. Barbecue sauce Georgia vinegar and hot and spicy really yummy!
