We have been to other Carrot Express locations, but this one is the first time. The atmosphere is very nice. The service is good and friendly. The foods were delicious and fresh. If you have been eating healthy restaurant, then you already knew is a little pricey. However, if you are looking for a great healthy food restaurant with awesome atmosphere, then you must try Carrot Express Doral. We will definitely recommend others, and will come back.

Ordered a poke bowl with quinoa and salmon. The fish was fresh and overall it tasted great. However, the poke bowl was supposed to have spicy mayonnaise and pickled ginger (as is the case with most of these dishes), but the one I got didn’t have either. They included a cilantro lime sauce instead? When I went inside to ask, they told me they had mixed in the mayo, the eel sauce with the quinoa, and they had finely chopped in the pickled ginger. I went back to my plate to check and could not find a trace of the mayo or the ginger. They gave me a little container with ginger, which was great, but I still think they should have added it to the dish as indicated in the description or maybe admitted they had forgotten?

I absolutely love Carrot Express. I eat at the one in Pembroke, Midtown, & Brickell but for some reason the one in Doral provides HORRIBLE and I mean HORRIBLE food. I’ve ordered at this location 3x and every time there was a reason why I couldn’t eat my food. I ordered an avocado toast before for breakfast and it taste like soap. I ordered a meal today and the chicken smells so bad I couldn’t even eat my wrap and just threw out my salad. My manager even ordered a tuna melt a few weeks ago and she couldn’t eat it because it smelled so bad. At this point I want my money back and I pray that this location can provide better food because it’s making Carrot Express look bad.
